You’ll be part of a truly career-defining journey—helping build one of the UK’s largest and most advanced mobile networks. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of legal expertise and commercial strategy, supporting the UK Product team and wider Vodafone Enterprise Business. You’ll play a key role in shaping how products are launched, governed, and delivered—ensuring legal compliance while enabling innovation and growth. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you’ll influence decisions, manage risk, and help create a future-ready business.
In this role, you will:
Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across a wide range of initiatives, including product launches, digital journeys, and contracting Support compliance with evolving legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding the business while enabling commercial success Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and wider business teams Partner with internal teams to ensure legal advice is aligned with business priorities and delivered in a timely, commercially focused way Proactively identify, assess, and manage legal risks, using robust assurance frameworks to mitigate potential exposure Contribute to key regulatory projects and support governance frameworks, ensuring best practice across VodafoneThree Drive continuous improvement in legal processes, embedding simplification, automation, and scalable solutions Support knowledge sharing by developing guidance, training materials, and legal know-how for wider teams Engage with external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and legal partners to align with commercial objectives Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, using insights to inform decision-making and drive positive change
Who you are
A qualified lawyer with experience in a leading telecoms or technology environment Strong understanding of the telecoms sector and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks Proven ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced commercial setting Confident in managing legal risk while balancing business opportunity and growth objectives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels Commercially minded, with the ability to connect legal insights to strategic business decisions A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their caseload and drives work forward Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance A collaborative team player who values inclusivity, knowledge sharing, and working towards shared goals Enthusiastic about continuous improvement, innovation, and personal development
