You’ll join our Managed Engineering Services (MES) team which sits at the heart of VodafoneThree’s technical excellence, delivering hands‑on engineering expertise, proactive network management, and end‑to‑end service assurance for some of our most strategic enterprise customers.

As a MES Network Engineering apprentice, you’ll grow into a trusted technical partner for our customers, sharing your knowledge of VodafoneThree’s LAN, WAN and WiFi technologies. You will: Work closely with our talented engineering colleagues to deliver exceptional support to our most critical strategic accounts, helping to drive our success together. Proactively monitor and maintain data networks and associated systems, always staying one step ahead of potential disruptions. Apply your technical skill to resolve user faults and deliver impactful network changes. Your confidence and capability will shine as you take on complex network challenges. Play a key role in meeting the metrics that demonstrate our commitment to excellence. From SLAs to system availability, your contribution will shape our ongoing success. Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll study toward a Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions apprenticeship, delivered by one of our trusted training partners, and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree at the end.

Who you are You put safety first, always making smart choices and keeping yourself and your colleagues safe. You enjoy figuring things out, whether that’s solving problems or learning new technical skills. Happy to travel as required with a flexible attitude to working hours, and ability to work safely at heights. As this role requires travel, you need to hold a clean driving license. You must hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, plus one of the following by September 2026: • A‑Levels • A Level 3 apprenticeship in a related subject • An equivalent Level 3 qualification. *Field based

As a field‑based member of our team, you’ll be out where the action happens. You’ll travel across your region, adapt to different environments, solve problems on the ground and help keep our customers connected. You’ll bring flexibility, a willingness to travel, and the confidence to work independently in dynamic, real‑world settings. This role involves being on-site at least four days a week, with occasional out‑of‑hours work. It also requires occasional travel to customer locations and to our Newbury HQ for team meetings (around 25% of the time), including up to two overnight stays per month.
