Location: Stoke | Hybrid working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday)

About the Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of seamless operations, working at the intersection of data-driven insights and hands-on execution to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily performance across teams to ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Analyze performance trends, turning findings into actionable improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
- Hit commercial targets through proactive partner management.
- Collaborate with operations to embed corporate efficiency and support Customer Obsessed behaviours.
- Drive process improvements, overseeing major initiatives and transitions.
- Present clear, actionable reporting to leadership teams, acting as a stakeholder liaison.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and resolve frontline blockers.
- Support ** Rollout our new brand sg** through onboarding and communication efforts.
