Operations Support Specialist

Location: Stoke (Hybrid Working) Working Hours: Full time (37.5 hours/week) | Mon–Fri

This role sits at the heart of daily operations, supporting leaders in:

  • Monitoring KPIs/SLAs & performing timely analysis
  • Driving improvement through data and actionable insights
  • Partner management to meet commercial targets
  • Continuous optimisation of processes, customer experience, and efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Analysis: Track daily operational performance; identify risks and opportunities to improve.
  • Commercial Impact: Achieve targets through effective partner engagement.
  • Performance Driven: Support operational initiatives and process improvements.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide clear, data-backed reporting to leaders.
  • Frontline Support: Remove blockers and streamline operations for frontline teams.
  • Culture Advocate: Champion best practices and encourage high performance.
  • Training & Onboarding: Help onboard new staff and support internal communication.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and propose solutions.
  • Commercial awareness paired with a deep focus on the customer.
  • Leadership & strategic skills with hands-on experience driving operational performance.
  • Relationship builder, both internally and with external partners.
  • Organisational skills, expertly managing projects or process upgrades.
  • Proactiveness & flexibility: Thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
