Operations Support Specialist
Location: Stoke (Hybrid Working) Working Hours: Full time (37.5 hours/week) | Mon–Fri

This role sits at the heart of daily operations, supporting leaders in:
- Monitoring KPIs/SLAs & performing timely analysis
- Driving improvement through data and actionable insights
- Partner management to meet commercial targets
- Continuous optimisation of processes, customer experience, and efficiencies
Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves problems collaboratively, and leverages data to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Analysis: Track daily operational performance; identify risks and opportunities to improve.
- Commercial Impact: Achieve targets through effective partner engagement.
- Performance Driven: Support operational initiatives and process improvements.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide clear, data-backed reporting to leaders.
- Frontline Support: Remove blockers and streamline operations for frontline teams.
- Culture Advocate: Champion best practices and encourage high performance.
- Training & Onboarding: Help onboard new staff and support internal communication.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and propose solutions.
- Commercial awareness paired with a deep focus on the customer.
- Leadership & strategic skills with hands-on experience driving operational performance.
- Relationship builder, both internally and with external partners.
- Organisational skills, expertly managing projects or process upgrades.
- Proactiveness & flexibility: Thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
