VodafoneThree Senior Creative

Location: London + *Hybrid

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Friday

Grade: 12

Hiring Manager: James Mathers

Duration: 9 months

Hybrid

We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.

We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.

We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone.

We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role will work as a solo creative reporting to the Creative Director, and you will be expected to collaborate with the other members of the team.

Success will be an extension of the IHA’s remit over time, taking on higher profile briefs as we prove our capability to the business. The right candidate will be up for that challenge and will give as much love to digital retail promotions and always-on social content as to above the line advertising.

What you'll do

Create the conditions for success within the in-house agency

Contribute to delivering our creative ambitions across the brand portfolio, working alongside the In-House Agency (IHA) plan and drawing on your creative expertise, experience and perspective. You’ll be encouraged to take initiative, share ideas, and help build a positive, collaborative environment where people feel motivated to be part of the team.

Help define and interpret the brand

As part of upcoming (and future) brand development, contribute ideas and visual interpretations that help evolve and strengthen the brand. Working with the Creative Director, you’ll support the team in shaping brand guidelines and creative direction, bringing thoughtful input and fresh perspectives.

Contribute to high-quality creative work

Support the development of original and engaging creative ideas, contributing to work across design, production and multiple channels. Approach each brief with curiosity and creativity, while working within agreed timelines and budgets and collaborating with external agency partners where needed. Share your thinking clearly, helping others understand how creative work connects to and supports the brand. You’ll present ideas with clarity, and take ownership of your work while collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.

Support and develop visual standards

Use your skills and experience to help strengthen the quality and consistency of creative output across all channels. Work collaboratively with more junior creatives, designers and production teams, offering guidance and constructive feedback to help develop strong work. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting others and sharing knowledge.

Collaborate across teams and partners

Build positive, respectful relationships within the IHA team, as well as with internal stakeholders and external partners. Value diverse perspectives and contributions, and work together to achieve the best outcomes. Work closely with marketing and other teams to understand briefs and support the development of effective creative solutions. Communicate openly and work collaboratively, contributing to a team culture where everyone can learn and grow.

Support an effective and efficient in-house agency

Using your understanding of the brand portfolio and creative goals, contribute to ways of working that help the team operate smoothly and effectively. Make use of tools, systems and processes that support collaboration and high-quality output, and help identify opportunities to improve how the team works together.
