We believe connections make the extraordinary possible. Our hybrid working approach lets our people thrive – through collaboration in-person and independently. You’ll work 2–3 days a week in the office, designing these to suit your manager, team, and role.

About VodafoneThree

We’re building the UK’s most reliable network – one that connects people, places, and potential. Fairness for all means ensuring everyone, no matter where they are or how they access services, stays connected. Beyond just infrastructure, we close the digital divide, empower communities, and drive progress.

We’re a workplace where you belong, where every voice matters. Differences are celebrated, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to share who they are. Join a team that works not just hard, but together for each other and our customers.

Why VodafoneThree? Your work drives meaningful change. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, you’ll transform industries, communities, and lives. Progress starts here – because progress belongs to everyone.

As Head of Gateway Functions, you’ll set the engineering direction for platforms such as:

  • GGSN / PGW / UPF
  • Gi-LAN
  • Internet peering gateways
  • Roaming gateways
  • Security gateways

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
