Strategy Lead
Location
London / Newbury / Stoke – Hybrid
Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office per week (minimum of 8 days/month). Intellectual collaboration drives organisational success.

The Role: Strategy Lead
You’ll orchestrate strategic projects from inception to execution—translating market/customer insights, financial data, and competitive landscapes into actionable recommendations that align with VodafoneThree’s long-term vision.

What’s Expected?

- Stay ahead of trends: Continuously monitor and present market dynamics to strengthen VodafoneThree’s competitive edge.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with proven expertise in cross-functional strategy—able to balance rivals’ moves, customer needs, and financial acumen.
Core Qualities & Experience
- Background: Demonstrated experience in strategy roles—either within an in-house business or a strategic management/talent consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG).
- Mindset:
