UAT Senior Specialist – Location: Stoke-on-Trent Contact Centre + Hybrid

Location & Working Arrangements

  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent Contact Centre + Hybrid (Office/Home)
  • Salary: Excellent basic salary, bonus, and Vodafone benefits
  • Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm, with some overnight working as required
  • Flexibility: 2–3 days per week in-office (minimum 8 days/month), tailored with line manager

The Role: UAT Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer journeys before market launches. Based at the Stoke Test Lab, you’ll:

  • Own end-to-end testing plans, validating Go-To-Market initiatives for flawless delivery. You’ll plan rigorously to ensure:

    • Test requirements align with business priorities and reduce launch risks.
    • Full customer journey validation—identifying and resolving issues proactively.
    • Stakeholder alignment: ensure testing aligns with cross-functional goals, building transparency.

  • Manage third-party testing partners – securing resources and mitigating risks.

  • Challenge constructively, holding stakeholders accountable for quality outcomes.
  • Balance priorities with business impact, making informed decisions under pressure.
  • Drive continuous improvement—adapt testing methods in a fast-evolving landscape.

Who You Are (Required)

Essential Skills & Experience

  • • Proven expertise in customer journey testing, from requirements to deployment.
  • • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining analytical precision.
  • • Naturally collaborative—bases complex solutions by bringing teams together.
  • • Strong stakeholder management—influence, communicate clearly across all tiers.
  • • Quick to learn; can translate complex issues into actionable insights.
  • • Proactive, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • • End-to-end ownership of testing plans or similar delivery processes.
  • • Experience working in industries such as telecoms, IT, FMCG, or financial services (preferred).
  • • Proficient with tools like Excel (analysis/reporting) and PowerPoint.
