Location: Stoke-on-Trent Contact Centre + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm with some overnight working as and when required

What You’ll Do

You’ll step into a career-defining opportunity at the heart of a once-in-a-generation transformation, helping to shape the UK’s largest mobile network. As a UAT Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring every new initiative works seamlessly across customer journeys. From our Test Lab in Stoke, you’ll act as a key guardian of quality—making sure that every change enhances, rather than disrupts, the experience for both customers and frontline teams.

  • You will own the end-to-end testing plan for new Go-To-Market initiatives, ensuring every customer journey is fully validated before launch
  • You will lead customer journey testing, identifying and resolving issues early to protect and enhance the overall experience
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and third parties, aligning testing plans with wider business and GTM priorities
  • You will act as the single source of truth for testing progress, providing clear updates and insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • You will manage third-party testing partners, ensuring the right resources are in place and risks are effectively mitigated
  • You will track defects, manage risks, and proactively remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on track
  • You will challenge constructively and hold stakeholders accountable to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • You will make informed decisions, balancing priorities and understanding the wider business impact of your work
  • You will continuously improve how testing is delivered, adapting to change in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Who You Are

  • You have a strong understanding of customer journey testing—from requirements through to deployment
  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining high attention to detail
  • You are a natural collaborator who can bring teams together to solve complex customer experience challenges
  • You are confident managing stakeholders, influencing decisions, and communicating clearly across all levels
  • You can quickly grasp new concepts and translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights
  • You are proactive, resilient, and comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • You have experience owning testing plans or similar delivery processes end to end
  • You bring experience working in telecoms, IT, FMCG, financial services, or similarly complex environments (preferred)
  • You are experienced in managing third-party partners or agencies (preferred)
  • You are confident using tools like Excel and PowerPoint to support analysis and reporting
