About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of people? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists based in England to take part in paid studio recording sessions that help leading AI research teams build more natural, human-aware speech systems.
This is a contract role for experienced voice talent who are comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue in a professional studio environment. Your voice won't be cloned — this is about capturing the authentic rhythm and character of real human speech.

What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational English (England) speech in a professional studio setting
- Participate in single-speaker recordings and dual-speaker dialogue sessions
- Bring authentic, unscripted-sounding delivery to realistic conversational scripts
- Take light direction on tone, pacing, and delivery to capture a range of natural speech styles
- Collaborate professionally and reliably across your scheduled sessions
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experience
- A native or near-native speaker of English with a genuine England accent
- Currently based in England — this role requires in-person studio attendance
- Comfortable performing natural dialogue that sounds human and unscripted
- Reliable, punctual, and receptive to direction in a studio environment
- Fluent in English at a working level for communication and direction

Nice to Have
- Background in acting or performance
- Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or commercial voice-over work
- Prior studio recording experience in a professional or semi-professional setting
