About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way real people in England speak? We're working with leading AI research teams to improve how AI systems recognise and process natural human speech — and we need professional voice actors based in England to make it happen.
This is a paid contract role involving in-person studio recording sessions. Sessions are scheduled, structured, and professionally run. Your voice won't be cloned — this is about capturing the authentic sound of natural English (England) conversation to train smarter, more human-aware AI.

What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational English speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding conversation across a range of tones and scenarios
- Follow light direction to adjust pacing, tone, and delivery as needed
- Bring authenticity — the goal is human, natural speech, not performance polish
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist based in England
- Native or near-native English (England) accent — regionally authentic and credible
- Fluent in English with strong spoken communication skills
- Comfortable performing natural dialogue, not just scripted reads
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
- Experienced recording in studio environments and at ease in front of a microphone

Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background — stage, screen, or otherwise
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or commercial voice-over work
- Prior studio recording credits or a professional portfolio
