With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Voice Designer to join the team on a 12-month contract and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Execute the technical and creative Audio Vision for Voice, under the supervision of the Voice Lead.
- Collaborate closely with the audio tech team to help develop and maintain the VO pipeline.
- Design, test and implement systemic Wwise VO systems.
- Help to define unique Voice Over Post Processing opportunities.
- Implement effort sounds into cinematics.
- Help to ensure we have consistently levelled VO.
- Develop and collaborate across disciplines and teams

Requirements
- Solid knowledge and commercial experience with Wwise
- 3+ years of experience in VO / Dialogue Design within Game Development
- Extensive knowledge of Reaper and creative voice design
- Strong understanding of audio and game production, and ability to understand where dependencies may arise
- Strong understanding of loudness standards
- This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.
Nice to haves
- Game Dev experience in a mid-sized team
- Scripting knowledge (Lua or Python)
- Experience recording VO in a professional environment
