Voice Over Artist — UK English (AI Speech Training)

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of people across the UK and beyond? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic UK English accents to take part in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.

This is a contract role involving a small number of focused recording sessions. The work is straightforward, well-compensated, and contributes directly to improving how AI systems understand natural human speech.

Organisation: Alignerr
Type: Contract
Session Format: In-person professional recording studio (locally assigned within the UK)
Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)

Important: This project involves recording natural speech for AI training purposes only. It does not involve voice cloning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
