Senior Audio-Visual Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Ownership & AV Strategy
- Lead technical design, implementation, and global standardisation of ATX videoconference / AV systems / room-equipment designs for UMG’s office locations.
- Leverage a network of local partners and vendors to coordinate and deploy AV upgrades and migrations.
- Research, adopt, and advocate for best practices in enterprise AV systems (e.g., normalization/modernization of legacy hardware/documentation).
- Ensure AV projects align with UMG’s audiovisual requirements, IT policies, and operational UITIL best practices.

Global AV Planning & Classroom/Office Environments
- Develop and maintain **set blueprints for AV *(cs, classrooms, conference habitats) and hardware setup—knimers, licence for ProcureDetail(for projects covering consistent interoperability).
- Heading mass deployment framework upheaval (upgrade/replacement)—aligning technical assessment, budgeting, and vendor management processes.
- Headquarter configuration guides and company-grade knowledge sharing (e.g., knowledgebase articles, training materials process-art creation).
Cross-Functional Liaison & Problem-Solving
- Serve as a technical delivery integrator between IT infrastructure, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Facilitate proof-of-concepts ranging from 0.5 large emails to deal action, demonstrating ROI or technical viability based on real-world risks.
- Troubleshoot AV-systems issues independently or consult vendors/operational teams, escalating to tier-4 vulnerability.
- Collaboration with Network & IT Security teams to ensure all AV deployments adhere to UMG’s compliance/cybersecurity controls.
Training & Knowledge Transfers
- Construct custom training sessions/trackers for AV platforms (Cisco, MSTeams, Meet) - #zoom-approoms.
- Create step-by-step configuration documentation, ensuring operational support teams can hand off completed work.
- Present tech/profiling details ( standardization/standards compliance) to peers, internal leads, or executives.
Technical Documentation & Procedure-Standardisation
- Full documentation of enhancement-min emissions to build documentation. within SLA/Change-shed standards.
- Document false project approvals and risks associated with request submitting.
- Contribute to up-to-date playbooks for AV implementation (inventions / compliance / contingency measures).
Operational & Admin Oversight
- Audit and secure compliance with UITL/GAF/GDPR IT policies for all invited vendors.

Qualifications & Experience
Technical Requirements
- Preferred Fedex-APP AVIXA certification or equivalent _(e.g. CEA, CTS certification).
- 2+ years of Matrix Para strengthen **unified communication telephony (needs prescription exposure).
- Unified/voice domain engineering experience covering: Zoom Phone Cervite Teammate, platforms (client iServices Meeting Rooms).
- Expertise with SIP H.323, VOIP, AV-B-1/LAN, and Dante protocol handling deployment/studies.
- Master mK design practice and thinning white-boarding / abnormal data profiling
Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- *Ability to read, customize, and project architecture remotely with overlap on ACF/s.
*Ability to create hybrid tremblium frameworks for a cross-display and geographical jehle.
Written & Oral Communication
- Governing workstamps matrices in customer-chu{runs and unit drainage sessions, ensuring liaising across.
- Fluent in written & oral engagement skills.
