Voids Team Leader
Opportunity for a Voids Team Leader to working within the maintenance team of a large housing provider.
Your time will be split between surveying Void properties and owning the key to key process for homes within your area, to creating schedules of works to ensure each Void property is completed to our high standards, to ensuring your team of around 10 multi skilled trades colleagues complete the works required in the void property in an efficient and professional manner.

Key experiences,
BTEC/ HNC in Building Studies, or equivalent experience within the construction industry. Experience of leading and managing a team of multi-skilled trade colleagues, including effectively managing performance, with the ability to drive performance through people. Experience of delivering high quality customer service, as well as experience of dealing with difficult customers.
