The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Volume Sourcer to join our fast-paced recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has experience managing high-volume hiring campaigns across multiple roles and locations.

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting tight timelines and business demands.

Employment Type: 6-months FTC

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing & Talent Support

  • Engage and attract candidate pipelines aligned to programme requirements
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across a variety of roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines
  • Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently against role requirements
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews
  • Manage offer processes, onboarding, and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track, manage, and support candidate journeys
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality metrics

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions during induction and probation
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for new starters

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure certifications are logged
  • Ensure compliance with internal training standards and reporting requirements

Skills & Requirements:

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in delivering high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
  • Proven experience delivering training, workshops, or presentations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation - able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Ability to deliver creative, engaging, and interactive learning experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude

Desirable

  • Experience delivering training via virtual platforms (e.g., global training networks)
  • Exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or early careers programmes
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes
