Global Policy Network (GPN) is a proactive global health think tank that focuses on policy, education, and sustainability to improve access, affordability, and equity in healthcare and education worldwide. GPN convenes policy leaders, market access experts, academics, payers, innovators, civil society, and other stakeholders to develop evidence-based solutions to complex global challenges. Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (especially SDG 3 and SDG 17), GPN operates at the intersection of policy, strategy, and implementation to drive impactful health systems transformation. The organisation engages in courageous, evidence-based dialogue on topics such as academic research, regulatory and HTA evolution, market access frameworks, health equity, and innovation adoption. Through collaboration with governments, international organisations, industry, nonprofits, and research institutions, GPN aims to create a healthier, more sustainable world.

Role Overview
The Administrative Support Officer provides day-to-day operational and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of organisational activities. The role supports internal coordination, communication, documentation, and scheduling across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send invites via Outlook/Teams
- Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes with action items
- Maintain organised records of files, reports, and internal documents
- Communication Support
- Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the team where required
- Coordinate internal communications across team members
- Support external correspondence with partners, universities, and stakeholders
- Documentation & Reporting
- Organise and maintain shared folders (e.g., Teams/OneDrive)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefs
- Track updates (e.g., project progress, fundraising logs, staff availability)
- Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding processes (documents, orientation scheduling)
- Support HR tasks such as maintaining attendance/availability records
- Help coordinate events, podcasts, or project activities where required
- Task & Workflow Management
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines across teams
- Maintain trackers for projects, grants, or deliverables
- Ensure timely completion of administrative requests

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
