About Change Grow Live
Last year, over 1400 volunteers donated more than 250,000 hours to our organisation. We’d love you to join our team and help make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in completing triage assessments for those entering services
- Provide service users with information about available treatment options, both face-to-face and via telephone
- Assist service users in accessing treatment and support
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of client data to maintain service standards
- Assist and carry out screening processes including:
- Urine tests
- Saliva tests
- Dry Blood Spot tests
- Offer advice and information to help service users manage their self-care
- Signpost and refer service users to relevant community support services

Provisions & Standards
In carrying out these duties, volunteers must:
- Help Change Grow Live deliver the best possible service to clients.
- Carry out your role to the highest possible standards.
- Follow all Change Grow Live procedures, including:
- Health and safety policies
- Equal opportunities guidelines
- Maintain the confidentiality of all client information, adhering to Change Grow Live’s policies.
- Commit to agreed volunteering hours and provide reasonable notice in case of absence.

Requirements
- Be 18 years or older.
- Must undergo an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
