Not every opportunity is about filling a role. Some are about helping build something from the very beginning.

Lilith Eclipse is still in its early stages, but every brand starts somewhere. I'm looking for someone who wants to help shape an ethical, inclusive alternative fashion brand where ideas are welcomed, creativity is encouraged and community comes first.

What you'll be doing:

  • πŸ–€ Researching trends across alternative fashion, social media and digital marketing.
  • πŸ–€ Finding content inspiration, creators and conversations that align with the Lilith Eclipse brand.
  • πŸ–€ Planning engaging content ideas for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • πŸ–€ Suggesting polls, campaigns and interactive content that encourage community engagement.
  • πŸ–€ Helping organise future content plans and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • πŸ–€ Working closely with me to help shape the direction of Lilith Eclipse as we grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A few things to know

This is currently an unpaid volunteer position while Lilith Eclipse is in its pre-launch stage. Although I can't promise paid opportunities, my long-term goal is to grow Lilith Eclipse alongside the people helping to build it. If paid roles become available in the future, existing volunteers will be encouraged to apply.

If this sounds like something you'd love to be part of, send me an email at contact@lilitheclipse.co.uk with a little bit about yourself and why this role interests you. I'd love to hear from you. πŸ–€
