Responsibilities and more:
We're looking for a Volunteer Content Research & Planning Assistant to help shape the social media direction of Lilith Eclipse, an ethical and inclusive alternative fashion startup.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching trends, planning engaging content, and helping build a brand from the very beginning.
Responsibilities:
- Research social media trends and content ideas relevant to our audience.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, and seasonal opportunities.
- Help plan approximately two pieces of content each week across platforms.
- Suggest engaging captions, hooks, and community-focused content ideas.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities for Lilith Eclipse to stand out.
- Contribute ideas that help build an authentic, inclusive online community.

We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys researching and organising ideas.
- Has an interest in social media, marketing, or content planning.
- Is creative and enjoys thinking ahead.
- Is reliable and communicates well.
- Can commit around 3–8 flexible hours per week.
Please note: This is a volunteer opportunity designed to help build experience and a portfolio while contributing to a growing startup. It is currently unpaid. If paid opportunities become available in the future, existing volunteers will be encouraged to apply.
