About the Role
We are recruiting a Criminal Justice Administrative Support Volunteer to assist our busy Criminal Justice Team.
Volunteering with Change Grow Live enables you to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives while gaining valuable experience. Whether you wish to contribute to your community, develop new skills, or connect with like-minded individuals, there are plenty of reasons to get involved.
At Change Grow Live, you’ll work with individuals to support their transformation, help them grow as individuals, and assist them in living life to the fullest.
As a Criminal Justice Admin Support Volunteer, you’ll play a crucial role in:
- Ensuring smooth communication between staff, individuals within the criminal justice system, and partner agencies
- Assisting with call-handling and directing inquiries
- Supporting various administrative tasks including:
- Booking appointments
- Sending correspondence (letters, emails, etc.)
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning
- General office duties

Responsibilities
- Supporting Communication between internal teams, offenders/clients, and external partners
- Managing appointment scheduling, correspondence, and administrative processes
- Maintaining filing, scanning, and photocopying duties
- Assisting with basic office management tasks
- Answering calls and directing enquiries

You’ll receive all necessary skills, training, and guidance to perform the role effectively, including:

Sessions may include:
- 31/7/2026 (dates TBC)
Additional Information
- Minimum age: 18 years
- DBS check required (Basic disclosure)
- Opportunity to work across both substance misuse and criminal justice pathways
