What are we looking for?
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised volunteer with 3–4 years’ experience in office administration or a similar role. Strong time-management, communication, and organisational skills are essential. The ideal volunteer will be confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools such as SharePoint and ClickUp, able to work independently, and take a proactive, solution-focused approach. Experience in the voluntary or not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office systems, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and support team communications
- Oversee volunteer onboarding and compliance processes
- Maintain records for finance, HR, and governance
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for operational needs
