Support a growing UK public health charity with grant claim reports, financial forecasting and funder monitoring, around 4–6 hours a month, fully remote. Ideal for someone with charity finance experience.
What difference will you make?
Gambling Harm UK is a small but growing public health charity working to reduce gambling-related harm across the UK. Accurate, timely financial reporting is essential to maintaining the trust of our statutory funders; including NHS England and OHID/DHSC, and to securing future funding.
A skilled volunteer in this role will directly strengthen our ability to report with confidence, sustain our programmes, and grow our impact for the people we support.
There is also potential for this role to evolve into a Treasurer or Trustee position for the right person.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
