Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

Responsibilities
We are looking for an IPS Volunteer to join our dedicated IPS team, supporting individuals on their journey towards achieving their employment goals.

In this role, you will work closely with participants to build their skills, confidence, and employability, helping them move towards sustainable and meaningful employment. Responsibilities may include:
- Facilitating drop-in sessions
- Providing job search information and guidance
- Offering encouragement and practical support throughout their employment journey
You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, and support to help you develop in the role and gain valuable experience.
