Make a real impact as our first point of contact!
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate and reliable Meet & Greet volunteers to join our substance misuse service. This role is vital in creating a safe and supportive first point of contact for individuals accessing our service, helping them feel welcomed, respected, and encouraged.

Responsibilities
Provide a warm and non-judgemental welcome to service users and visitors Support individuals as they arrive for appointments or drop-in sessions Help maintain a calm, safe, and inclusive reception/waiting area Signpost individuals to the appropriate staff or services Offer reassurance and a listening ear where appropriate Assist staff with light administrative or engagement tasks (if required)
We are incredibly grateful for all that our volunteers do to support our service users.
Most of our volunteer opportunities don’t need any special qualifications. We’ll make sure you get all the training and support you need. All we ask is that you're kind, open-minded and passionate about supporting people.
