Through this project, volunteers will work as teachers, helping these women develop essential skills, build confidence, and broaden their horizons., The project takes place at Chetana Mahila Secondary School, which was established to provide education to both younger and older women who missed out on schooling earlier in life. Here, volunteers and students form meaningful connections, sharing their cultures and learning from each other. Volunteers will have the opportunity to experiment with different teaching techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the classroom while supporting the schools mission of empowering women to discover their hidden talents., Daily Life, As a volunteer on this project, youll be teaching adult women of various age groups and learning capacities, offering a unique and rewarding experience. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
