About The Role
In this role, you will be required to:
- Develop and manage IDAS’s volunteer programme, including a peer mentoring scheme.
- Ensure that services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of IDAS.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, agencies, and funders.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance the IDAS volunteer programme.
- Ensure that all volunteers have access to consistent and regular training, supervision, and support.
- Ensure that standards are continually monitored and evaluated with a view to achieving a level of excellence in the provision of volunteers and the peer mentoring service.
- Develop and manage IDAS’s peer mentoring scheme.
- Assist in the development and delivery of an online peer mentoring system.
