The Centre for Digital Consumers
The Centre for Digital Consumers is a UK non-profit. We explain your rights as a customer of digital products and services, and build free tools to help you act on them. The work is self-funded, and done by people who lend their time. We cannot reimburse expenses.
What you would do
- Look for practices in digital products and services that mislead or exploit people.
- Understand how one works, how common it is, and who it affects.
- Write up what you find.
- Help us answer regulator consultations.
