At East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), volunteers make an incredible difference to the children, young people and families we support. We're looking for a Volunteer Services Partner to help recruit, onboard and support volunteers across Suffolk and East Essex.

In this role, you'll:

Manage volunteer recruitment and onboarding
β
Build relationships with community groups, colleges and local partners
β
Support managers and volunteer supervisors with guidance and best practice
β
Help create positive volunteer experiences from enquiry through to engagement
β
Maintain accurate volunteer records and communications
We're looking for someone who:
β Has strong administration and IT skills
β Can manage a varied workload and build positive relationships
β Is an excellent communicator with a people-focused approach
β Is passionate about supporting volunteers and making a difference
