Startup Scout (Health & Sustainability) – Synergya
About Synergya
Synergya is a Swiss social enterprise running a zero-fees, zero-equity joint venture infrastructure for health and sustainability startups and scaleups across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
What You Will Do
- Scout and engage promising startups and scaleups (pre-seed to Series C) focused on health (digital health, biotech, medtech, life sciences, bioinformatics) or sustainability (climate, energy, nutrition, agriculture, circular economy)
- Map ventures into Synergya’s pipeline and identify strong joint venture matches
- Build relationships with founders, key leadership, and ecosystem partners (including universities, incubators, and accelerators)
- Maintain and update scouting databases

What We Are Looking For
- A strong understanding of early-stage (health and sustainability) startups and founders
- Keen judgement on traction, team dynamics, and business fit
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently
- Connected to health, sustainability, or impact ecosystems (a plus)
