Be part of the team delivering one of the world's leading sustainability events. As a volunteer, you'll play a key role in supporting Sustainability LIVE London and gain invaluable experience at the forefront of sustainability, climate action, ESG and business transformation.
📅 Dates: 8th and 9th September 2026 (with training provided beforehand)
📍 Location: QEII Centre, London
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside global business leaders, sustainability pioneers, policymakers and innovators as they come together to explore the solutions shaping a more sustainable future.
🔞 Eligibility: 18+
How to Join
- Complete the online application
- Share your availability and area of interest.
- Attend a mandatory online briefing (early September) + in-person training ahead of the event.
Work alongside our production, editorial, and events teams to make the show happen:
- Welcome and Registration– be the first face our delegates see, helping with check-in and guest support.
- Stage and Session Support– assist speakers, manage timings, and ensure smooth-running sessions.
- Speaker and Media Coordination– support interviews, liaise with press, and keep the broadcast schedule on track.
- Partner Zones– bring our sponsors, partners, and activations.
- Event Operations– support logistics, broadcast, and production alongside the BizClik team.
