Salary: £25,877.80 - £34,240.03
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

About The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Volunteering Support Coordinator to support the delivery of volunteering across our organisation. Working closely with the Head of Volunteering, you'll coordinate volunteer communications, training, events, compliance activities and administration, helping to ensure volunteers have a positive and rewarding experience while supporting our wider organisational goals.

Key Duties
- Respond to volunteering enquiries and support volunteer engagement.
- Coordinate volunteer communications, campaigns and recognition activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of volunteering events and training.
- Monitor compliance, audits and volunteering records.
- Produce reports and analyse volunteer data.
- Provide administrative support to the Volunteering Team.
About You
You will be a confident administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building positive relationships and working with data and reporting. Experience coordinating activities or events is beneficial, along with strong Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to delivering excellent support to volunteers and colleagues.
