NHS Borders is at the heart of our local community and values the contribution that volunteers make to supporting our services. Our volunteers bring a wide range of skills, experiences, and personal qualities that help enhance the care and support provided to patients, families, and staff across the Borders.
Volunteering is a rewarding way to give back to your community while making a real difference in the lives of others. It also offers opportunities to develop new skills, build confidence, meet new people, and improve your own health and wellbeing.
