Volvo Sales Executive
Permanent Sales Executive Role – Volvo Cars Preston
Basic Salary: £20,000 + potential generous commission OTE Potential: £55,000 (very achievable)
Our Sales Executives are essential in ensuring a first-class customer experience at our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you’ll act as the key customer contact point throughout their car-buying journey, ensuring every service is delivered right first time, every time.
About The Role
Volvo Cars Preston is looking for a motivated individual with a background in customer service or sales. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you'll:
- Communicate with customers to support and understand their car-buying needs
- Contribute to an excellent customer service experience with supportive interactions from first contact to sale completion
- Work to flexible patterns, which can include weekends, ensuring uninterrupted service
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first time, every time customer experience for new car buyers
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Work closely with finance, trade and technical teams for a seamless process
- Attain ambitions sales targets through genuine customer connection

About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- A passion for outstanding customer service
- Capability to engage warmly with customers both in-person and over the phone
- Full Valid UK Driving Licence (highly desirable)
- Customer service background
Please be ready for an assessment centre as part of the selection process.
