This is a critical role offering a unique opportunity to drive strategic change and shape the future of a major financial institution, supporting its ambitious growth agenda across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

As the key player in shaping the strategic direction of transformation initiatives, this role will focus on designing and implementing the Target State Business Architecture, fostering collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Design & Implement Target State Business Architecture

    • Develop a comprehensive Target State Business Architecture (TSBA) for all departments and legal entities within EMEA, including:
      • Capability maps
      • Operating models
      • Value streams
      • Business service models
    • Ensure alignment with the organisation’s long-term growth strategy, risk appetite, compliance requirements, and regulatory landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Technology Architects, Data Specialists, Compliance, Risk Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and senior business leaders to create holistic, integrated solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
    • Bridge the gap between stakeholder expectations, technical capabilities, and business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
