Role Summary & Impact
As the VP of Client Transformation, your role is the critical link between strategic vision, flawless execution, and client partnership. This leadership position demands dual expertise:
- Operational Excellence: Act as the strategic bridge between client and agency leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration across onboarding, offboarding, issue resolution, and embedment.
- Proactive Transformation: Accelerate client success by pioneering transformational initiatives that align media investment with long-term business objectives.

Specifically, you will:
- Drive efficient agency integration: Oversee operational workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and embed essential tools (e.g., Open Media Solutions, OMS).
- Advocate for best practices: Uplift and scale strategic insights within client teams.
- Advocate for strategic transformation:
- Proactively identify opportunities through client feedback, workshops, or action planning.
- Design and facilitate high-impact transformation sessions, redefining client objectives with cohesive long-term plans.
- Transfer ready-to-implement plans to internal teams to sustain community progress.
Your impact is twofold:
- Bridging operational excellence and client partnership—reducing friction while deepening trust.
- Architecting future-forward value that fortifies WPP Media’s position as indispensable to client competitiveness.
Essential Experience
- 10+ years in progressive leadership or client-facing roles—consulting, client management, or transformation specialisation.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional change initiatives from discovery to sustained adoption, with quantifiable outcomes.
- Deep expertise in change management frameworks and navigating diverse stakeholder ecosystems.
- Project management or advanced analytics experience preferred (not mandatory).
Key Skills
- Change Agent: Specialize in identifying root-cause opportunities and driving solution placement for potential.
- Client Acumen & Relationship Building: Commanding stakeholders, translating client needs strategically, and demonstrating market insight.
- Transformational Leadership: Inspiring teams while fostering accountability and sustainability.
- Communication Mastery: Condensing complex ideas into tailored messages for multiple audiences (executive, technical, etc.).
- Analytically Fine-Tuned: Leveraging data and agile problem-solving to steer strategic directions.
