VP, Global Business Development & Sales

Location: Remote, UK with frequent travel

Band: G

Contract Type: Permanent

International student mobility is changing. As students increasingly seek more flexible, affordable and locally accessible routes to higher education, INTO is transforming the way pathway programmes are delivered around the world.

We're looking for an exceptional commercial leader to take ownership of the global sales strategy for INTO Qualifications, a key pillar of our ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of international education by expanding our In-Market Partnerships network, taking innovative pathway programmes directly to students through schools, universities, training providers and education networks across the globe.

Reporting to the SVP, In-Market Partnerships, you'll be accountable for global INTO Qualification's sales performance, building a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities and creating the sales frameworks, reporting structures and commercial disciplines needed to drive sustainable growth. Working across Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Operations and Product teams, you'll ensure commercial activity is aligned to market demand, student needs and INTO's wider strategic objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
