Role Overview
The VP, Growth Marketing serves as a commercial executive leader within the Chaos revenue organization, owning the global strategy, execution, and P&L of the direct digital and e-commerce business. Accountable for scaling a €10M+ ARR target, this position will have ownership for scaling the Chaos Product-Led Growth (PLG) and demand generation model. The VP, Growth Marketing will translate our AEC growth vision into actionable marketing frameworks, converting global digital traffic into high-velocity, compounding commercial outcomes. This role will be responsible for leading the Campaigns, Performance Marketing & Analytics, Website & Organic Growth (SEO/GEO), Social Media & Influencer, Field Marketing & Events teams.

- Hold full accountability for forecasting, maturing, and growing the €10M+ ARR direct digital sales channel.
- Manage the global Marketing budget allocation, ensuring spend is allocated accordingly and appropriately to enable achievement of key deliverables within the agreed fiscal remit.
- Establish commercial KPIs and continuously audit funnel performance to maximize revenue velocity.
- Direct the global performance marketing and campaign functions, maintaining absolute oversight of acquisition spend, bid optimization strategies, and capital allocation across new customer acquisition, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and customer base retention campaigns.
- Establish the content-driven search frameworks across international markets, utilizing advanced SEO and GEO strategies to capture multi-regional demand.
- Govern the global web properties as high-converting commercial landing destinations, overseeing continuous structured testing, user journey validation, and funnel experimentation to drive incremental revenue lift from digital traffic.
- Deliver organic communication and influencer outreach strategies across global channels (targeting a base of 1M+ followers) to drive professional brand equity within the Chaos primary audience segments (architects, designers, and creative studios).
- Set the strategic objectives for the company’s event presence, determining event selection, tradeshow presence, and owned brand experiences to optimize regional commercial returns.
- Lead, scale, and manage a matrixed organization of 20+ marketing professionals across five dedicated functional sub-teams. Focuses on leadership succession planning, capability building, and fostering an outcome-driven operational culture.
Job Requirements
Required Experience
- Significant experience of progressive digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing experience, with a proven track record operating within a senior or executive-level leadership capacity
- Verifiable experience managing an active, standalone e-commerce or digital sales channel P&L with direct target accountability for a multi-million euro ARR volume.
- Deep operational background within B2B SaaS environments, specifically leading self-service or PLG motions where customer acquisition relies heavily on digital-first, low-touch conversion pathways.
- Proven capability to build, resource, and lead large, multi-disciplinary, fast-moving marketing teams in performance-driven organizations.
- Comprehensive experience overseeing corporate marketing technology stack deployment, marketing data warehousing strategies, data compliance, and multi-channel marketing attribution frameworks.

Required Skills
- Capability to own a complex global budget, manage data-backed investment risks, forecast revenue pipelines, and justify marketing spend velocity.
- Understanding of how cross-functional digital marketing levers from technical SEO/GEO and web infrastructure to paid media and brand presence integrate into a single revenue-generating system.
- Challenging marketing attribution models, data validity, and performance analytics to make objective, data-driven optimization decisions.
- Interpersonal, motivational, and communication capabilities required to manage matrixed global teams and represent the marketing function within the executive revenue leadership team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
