We are now looking for a VP – Head of Project Management & Reporting to partner with leaders across the organisation to drive a robust, high-quality approach that enables the successful delivery of our project portfolio.
What will you do?
You will lead the Governance and continuous improvement of the company's project management framework, ensuring consistent, predictable, and high-quality project delivery. In addition, you will play a key role in improving Project and Operational performance.
Your main tasks include:
- Lead and inspire the Project Planning and Project Controls Team, enabling consistent delivery across the organisation, and building further capabilities within the team as Cadeler grows.
- Own the project management governance framework, developing standardised project management, planning, cost, and risk procedures.
- Oversee project controls systems, reporting, and performance dashboards, partnering with BI to enhance visibility.
- Drive transparency of project progress, performance, risks, and improvement opportunities across operations.
- Collaborate with Business Finance to improve integrated cost management and forecasting frameworks.
- Provide project controls expertise to support commercial changes and variation orders.
- Drive lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and continuous operational improvement.

To succeed in this role

We are looking for a strategic and influential leader with strong project management expertise and commercial acumen. You combine analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and trust.
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or Business.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- Are experienced with Primavera and MS Project.
- Have 10+ years’ experience in project-driven organizations, including senior leadership roles.
- Have proven experience establishing and leading major projects, or experience in a similar PMO role, with a strong background in planning, cost management, forecasting, and risk management.
- Can translate complex project, cost, and risk data into clear executive insight and drive improvements across projects, roles and departments for consistent and efficient project delivery.
