Job Description
- Define and lead the investment solutions strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities
- Drive demand management and translate business needs into a value-led pipeline
- Oversee portfolio governance, delivery, and value realisation across programmes
- Lead and develop a team of product and solution specialists
- Champion innovation including AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years' experience in financial services technology, with leadership exposure
- Proven track record in IT strategy, portfolio governance, and transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative advisory approach
- Experience with investment platforms (e.g. eFront, DealCloud) and ITSM tools
