Your Responsibilities

Your role will evolve but will primarily revolve around:

  • Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Set clear goals and expectations and regularly evaluate team performance.
    • Recruit and onboard your team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives through collaboration with sales, product development, and other teams.
  • Campaign Management

    • Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, and websites.

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Start Date

Flexible scheduling.

Workplace: Monday–Friday, in person at our office (near Victoria Station). No remote work options available.
