At Signal AI
At Signal AI, we use cutting-edge AI technology to offer clarity on decisions that shape businesses and society. We value restless curiosity, creative thinking, and diverse perspectives as we strive to become AI-native. We believe that AI is a collaborator, not just a tool, and we invite passionate individuals to join us on our journey as we continue to learn, experiment, and grow together.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of Signal AI's growth.
This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially-minded marketing executive who knows how to build and scale a modern B2B SaaS marketing organisation. You'll own the overall marketing strategy, aligning it with company objectives and revenue goals, while placing particular emphasis on building a world-class demand-generation engine that drives predictable pipeline growth.
Unlike many VP Marketing roles, this position is not expected to lead specialist functions such as Product Marketing, Content Marketing or Field Marketing, as these capabilities already exist within Signal AI. Instead, you'll bring these teams together into a cohesive growth strategy, ensuring every marketing activity contributes to awareness, pipeline and revenue.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and the Executive Leadership Team, you'll establish marketing as a key commercial growth function.
What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute Signal AI's global marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Build an integrated marketing organisation that connects brand, campaigns, product marketing, field marketing and content into a single commercial strategy.
- Establish marketing planning, prioritisation and operating rhythms across the business.
- Partner closely with Revenue Leadership to ensure marketing is accountable for pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing marketing leaders.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Own Signal AI's demand generation strategy across the entire customer journey.
- Design scalable, multi-channel programmes that generate qualified pipeline across enterprise accounts.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies alongside Sales to engage strategic customers.
- Build sophisticated lifecycle marketing programmes that improve conversion across every funnel stage.
- Optimise digital acquisition, paid media, organic growth, email marketing, partnerships and outbound support.
- Create measurement frameworks that continually improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
