VP of Business Development - Global CTS

Industry experience selling: Clinical Trial Packaging and Labelling, CRO or Biorepository, Comparator Medicines, IMP's

Travel: Global travel, mainly throughout the US

Options: Can either be an individual contributor or player coach, both options are available

If you've successfully developed business within Clinical Trial Supply Services and want the freedom to shape strategy, influence growth, and make a visible impact, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're partnering with an established organisation that is continuing to invest in the future of its Clinical Trial Supply division. Their mission is simple: to make the pharmaceutical supply chain safer, more reliable, and more efficient for sponsors and patients worldwide.

This is not a role where you'll just inherit a territory and manage existing relationships. This is an opportunity to take ownership of full commercial growth of the CTS department, influence the direction of the business, and help shape the future of the organisation's CTS offering from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
