Job Description
As the first AI/ML hire, you will lead the data function, building production systems for entity resolution on 800M+ records and NLP extraction from business conversations. Working alongside the CTO, you’ll ship core intelligence that identifies high-intent buyer signals and facilitates double opt-in introductions for a next-generation sales engine.

What You Will Do
- Build and own production ML systems for entity resolution, signal ranking, and NLP on unstructured business data.
- Take full ownership of the data pipeline stack, from initial ingestion to delivering high-impact model outputs.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO to scale the AI engine and eventually build and lead a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate
- 5-8 years of experience building production ML systems (not research) with expertise in NLP or entity resolution.
- Proven background in Fintech or B2B sales intelligence, understanding buyer intent signals and contact graphs.
- Experience in 0-to-1 environments as an early ML hire who is comfortable writing code and shipping fast.
