VP of Influencer Marketing
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Influencer Marketing based in United Kingdom.
This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale a world-class influencer marketing organization within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
You will define the long-term strategy for creator partnerships, operational excellence, and business growth while overseeing the full creator lifecycle.
Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will develop scalable systems that strengthen creator relationships and deliver measurable business impact.
The position combines strategic leadership, operational innovation, commercial thinking, and people development.
You will leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to optimize creator operations, improve performance, and build sustainable competitive advantages.

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for influencer marketing, building a scalable creator organization that drives sustainable business growth.
- Expand and strengthen a high-quality global creator network across multiple industries, platforms, and audience segments.
- Establish long-term relationships with creators, talent representatives, and strategic partners to maximize engagement, retention, and collaboration.
- Build systems that enhance creator success through seamless onboarding, communication, payments, campaign execution, and ongoing relationship management.
- Drive the evolution of influencer marketing into a scalable growth engine by improving creator sourcing, matching, whitelisting, licensing, and performance optimization.
- Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Client Services, Operations, and executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through creator marketing initiatives.
- Design and optimize operational processes across sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, production, reporting, and campaign delivery.
- Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, forecasting, creator discovery, and decision-making.
- Establish clear KPIs, operating frameworks, and performance standards while building and mentoring a high-performing global influencer marketing team.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends, emerging platforms, and creator economy innovations to strengthen long-term competitive positioning.

Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator operations, talent management, or related fields.
- Proven success building, leading, and scaling high-performing influencer marketing organizations or creator-focused teams.
- Extensive experience managing large creator ecosystems and developing long-term creator relationships.
- Strong understanding of creator economics, licensing, usage rights, whitelisting, performance marketing, and commercial partnerships.
- Experience collaborating with creative, paid media, growth, and client-facing teams to achieve measurable business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, operational processes, and organizational frameworks rather than managing individual campaigns.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with experience connecting creator marketing initiatives to revenue growth and business performance.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience implementing AI-powered tools or technology solutions to improve creator operations is highly desirable.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams within agencies, creator platforms, marketplaces, or high-growth organizations is considered a strong advantage.
- Self-driven leadership style with exceptional ownership, execution, innovation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
