The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Vice President of Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and lead operational excellence across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving operation excellence across departments, implementing scalable improvements in work processes, and leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to drive productivity, efficiency and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize operational processes across multiple departments to improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance
  • Review and assess workflows across operations, identify inefficiencies and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to optimize workflows and productivity
  • Build and own the business analytics function, establishing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting systems that provide actionable insights
  • Lead enterprise-wide operational initiatives and special projects that support company growth, operational scalability, and market expansion
  • Serve as an operational partner to the CEO, helping translate strategic priorities into execution plans and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in technology and business operations, with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence. EdTech experience is a plus!
  • 8+ years of management experience, including leading large, cross functional teams of 20+ members
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI, automation, and technology solutions that deliver measurable business impact
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence, analytics, KPI development, dashboard creation, and executive reporting
  • Experience partnering directly with CEO and senior leadership teams on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Experience in fast-growing, international organizations
  • Proven ability to influence and drive execution across all levels of the organization
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
