About Haut.AI

Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech.

VP of Product

We are looking for a VP of Product to contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven skin analysis products.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the PMF discovery cycle for Commerce: run structured customer discovery with CMOs, R&D directors and digital leads at CPG and life-sciences accounts; synthesize signal into hypotheses; kill what isn't working.
  • Turn ambiguity into clarity — take fuzzy problems from key enterprise accounts and come back with a crisp problem statement, a prioritized experiment and a decision.
  • Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics tied to company OKRs.
  • Write PRDs that engineering and data science can act on; own the backlog end to end.
  • Partner with GTM on sales-led discovery: join enterprise calls, shape pricing and packaging signals, build the feedback loop between deals and the roadmap.
  • Design and run experiments on live product — A/B tests, staged rollouts, feature flags — and socialize learnings across the company.
  • Work tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, to ship iterative value without losing scientific rigor.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • 7+ years in Product Management; at least 3 years in enterprise B2B SaaS with a sales-led motion and 6-figure ACVs.
  • You've personally run a PMF cycle on a product that was already live but fuzzy — not just launched features at a large org.
  • Background in one of: beauty or CPG tech, medtech or digital health SaaS, or B2B personalization and intelligence platforms selling to enterprise brands.
  • Strong discovery and delivery fundamentals: PRDs, prioritization frameworks, outcome-based planning, stakeholder alignment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable operating as a player-coach in a fast-moving, low-process environment.
  • Strong command with LLM/AI is a must.
