VP of Sales – NHS | IT Services | New Business
Up to £160,000 base + Uncapped Double OTE
UK-wide client engagement, with time spent in the London office when not meeting customers.
We're working with a global IT services organisation that is investing heavily in its UK Healthcare business and is looking to appoint an experienced VP of Sales to lead new logo acquisition across the NHS.
This is a genuine hunting role. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and winning strategic opportunities across NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and the wider healthcare landscape, supported by a strong technical and delivery team.
What you'll be doing
- Winning new NHS clients and growing a greenfield territory.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
- Leading complex IT services sales engagements from initial conversation through to contract signature.
- Working closely with solution architects and delivery teams to develop compelling client propositions.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline while consistently delivering against revenue targets.

What we're looking for
- A proven track record of selling IT services into the NHS.
- Consistent success in new business acquisition.
- Experience selling one or more of the following:
- Digital Transformation
- Cloud Services
- Data & AI
- Cyber Security
- Infrastructure & Managed Services
- Application Services
- Comfortable operating at CIO, CTO and Board level.
- Able to manage long, consultative enterprise sales cycles.
