VP Operations - EMEA

VP Operations - EMEA (Critical Power Solutions)

Location: Flexible (EMEA power facilities – UK, Ireland, Poland, Austria)

About the Role

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in critical power solutions, supporting industries such as financial institutions, data centers, and more. We empower teams, foster innovation, and help employees build long-term careers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment focused on delivering engineered-to-order electrical infrastructure, this could be the right opportunity.

We’re seeking an experienced VP of Operations – EMEA to lead strategic operations for our Critical Power division. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence across engineering, procurement, production, project execution, quality, and customer delivery while fostering scalable processes and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee operations from performance management to growth strategy, translating business goals into actionable operational plans
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs, demand, and capacity, driving efficient delivery of complex, customised electrical infrastructure for critical environments
  • Develop and implement business plans, leveraging metrics, governance, and performance discipline to meet targets

Project & Customer Excellence

  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, hyperscale/data center clients, suppliers, and industry experts
  • Provide a deep commitment to market expectations, competitive positioning, and high customer delivery standards
  • Champion proactive communication, credible recovery planning, and executive responsiveness on high-priority projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Scalability

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, and QA to deliver end-to-end operational excellence
  • Align procurement, production, engineering, and project execution for engineered-to-order variability, design control, and materials readiness
  • Optimise inventory, planning, capacity, and long-lead material management to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Implement lean methodologies, digital tools, and automation to reduce cycle times while upholding customer-specific specifications

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
