Meet Sievo
We are Sievo. A Finnish-born, global-leading procurement analytics SaaS company, and we’re officially opening our doors in London. Here at Sievo we help the largest companies in the world, household brands like Levi’s, Kellogg’s and Mars, to generate cost savings, understand their procurement data, make data-driven decisions, reduce emissions, drive supply chain resilience, and beyond. Currently 2% of global GDP is processed by Sievo every year – pretty cool, right?
At Sievo, we’re powered by smart and kind people from all over the world. Our 450+ Sievonians are based in Helsinki, Chicago, Bucharest and London.
About the role
Partnerships are one of Sievo’s most strategic growth levers and to lead our Partnerships team, we are looking for a Vice President of Partnerships. You will own Sievo’s entire Partnerships function end-to-end: setting the strategy across consulting, data, software, and reseller partnerships, deepening relationships with priority consulting firms, activating joint business development, and building the operating model that makes partnerships a scalable commercial growth engine. Consulting partnerships are our primary channel – where most of the team focuses and an extremely important source of business for Sievo. This is where your core strength should lie.
This is a senior, highly visible role reporting to the SVP of Sales & Customer Success. You will lead a team of seven, work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and the executive team, and shape a function that already has strong foundations. The consulting channel itself is evolving fast with AI, so we’re looking for someone energized by leading through strategic ambiguity and category change, not just running an established playbook.
What you’ll do
- Own Sievo’s overall partnerships strategy across consulting, data, software, and reseller partnerships, setting the vision and driving execution with consulting as the primary channel.
- Build, deepen, and activate relationships with priority consulting firms across procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, and related advisory practices.
- Drive joint business development with partners and internal sales, from account mapping, co-proposals, and spend cube engagements through to commercial closure.
- Build and run a scalable operating model for partnerships, including enablement, governance, engagement rhythms, and performance tracking.
- Lead and grow the Partnerships team (currently 7 FTEs) shaping its structure in line with your strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure commercial alignment and seamless partner experience.
- Represent Sievo externally with senior partner stakeholders and travel internationally as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for
- Experience working in or closely with management consulting, ideally in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation practices, with a strong understanding of how top-tier firms operate, sell, and influence client technology and vendor decisions.
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong ownership and leadership skills, with experience leading teams or cross-functional commercial initiatives.
- Commercial drive and comfort owning a revenue target: you turn relationships into pipeline and closed revenue, not just well-managed accounts.
- A builder mindset. We are not looking for someone who will simply manage existing processes; we expect you to build, challenge, and lead.
- Fluency in English.
What we also appreciate
- A proven track record of building strategic partnerships or alliances, ideally in a partner, alliance, or ecosystem role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, spend analytics, or enterprise data platforms, and exposure to data, software, or reseller partnerships.
- Experience working with global strategy firms, Big Four consultancies, procurement specialists, transformation boutiques, or systems integrators.
- Additional language skills, especially French or German.
What awaits you at Sievo
- A senior, high-impact role owning one of Sievo’s most strategic growth levers end-to-end, with a direct line to Sievo’s commercial growth and executive team.
- Real ownership to shape the entire Partnerships function, from strategy and structure to partner portfolio and operating model, with an established 7-person team from day one.
- Sievonians are ambitious, yet kind and supportive – you’ll work with an international team of 40+ nationalities, collaborating with smart, driven, and genuinely kind people.
- Our Finnish roots run deep: we are founded on an open, honest and transparent Nordic working culture where we value freedom and responsibility, while working with high standards. We are looking for people who yearn for this freedom, are able to make the most out of it and are willing to take on the responsibility.
